This article comprises conjectures about the economy by fundamental members of society. Their existence defines a country’s strength. These pillars are always ready for the cumulative country’s growth. Each stakeholder has roles and responsibilities that include the other side of the coin.

In the golden age of India, even rulers who were decision makers always kept the basic needs of the populace in mind. The inhabitants were living a serene life. Bharatvarsh was prosperous and had the top economy in the universe.

Later, during the British Raj, two motives were followed: plundering the wealth of this land and the ‘white man’s burden’ of civilizing the natives. There was no space for a commoner to even express.

To ameliorate any economy, understanding the expectations and roles of all stakeholders is equally important. The present situation demands the same.

It was a tricky effort to get a bit of understanding from these respected members of society. It’s a humble request not to link this with any biased opinions. Noted below are representatives of the community.

Farmer

The backbone of grains and vegetables supplies the citizens of the country. An enthusiastic entrepreneur who keeps on investing even in case of failure for a quarter or whole gives his best to produce quality products and is optimistic about farm yield irrespective of calamities, market uncertainty, and sound financial backing.

This warrior needs product price assurance, resources like good quality seeds, reliable electricity, and a water supply. The intimate pillar of the Indian economy is looking for a helping hand from other associates.

Tax Payer

A person with a noble heart, well aware of his duties and responsibilities, who shares his hard-earned money for the nation’s growth voluntarily or forcefully, is an integral part of the system when it comes to the nation’s revenue model.

This breadwinner desires good infrastructure, sound healthcare facilities, a protective environment, social-economic support in case of crises, and appreciation from the community for their valuable contribution, irrespective of their share.

Businessman

A versatile personality, having the guts to think beyond the comfort zone, creating opportunities for many wage earners, and a premier fragment of the tax regime.

This primary member appreciates the support from legal and financial structures, enjoys social infrastructure, and catalyses operations using technologies. Fiscal policy is the demand from the business community over some time. The gratification of this entity will ensure the smooth running of the growth engine.

Lady of the House

The wholehearted lion absorbs the direct impact of many rises and falls in the financial system.

Loves role as a thrift, stability of essential goods prices, quality resources, and social security have been fundamental demands of this sector.

Wage earner

The mistreated sector of the economy, an integral part of the community, works like an elephant and earns like an ant.

This forsaken entity is looking for social help to sustain their livelihood, and the assurance of a better tomorrow will increase their self confidence.

The mentioned stakeholders are well aware of their duties; history has their records. Policymakers basic understanding of these factors will lead them to take bold steps to repair the damage. Misinterpretation of requisites and the contribution of each patron leads to severe damage to the financial state.

The long term planning and stakeholder’s anticipation of integration will bring the Indian economy back on track. Obviously, it has to be a collective effort.

One must understand that teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common perception. It is the fuel that allows bodies to attain uncommon results.
